Business Analyst

Business analyst required to help identify and analyze the system and business requirements of different stakeholders. Responsible for understanding the business and system needs of internal departments, clients, and partners. Once the requirements are identified, the candidate will be required to create documents that provide all the necessary details of the processes and flows, help identify how these flows can be optimized and enhanced and then sharing these requirements with internal departments for further development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Requirements’ identification and gathering – Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements
• Convert the requirements into documents and process flows
• Develop detailed documents for internal and external use that outline complete business flows and processes
• Identify optimization points in flows and processes
• Communicate the requirements with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written English
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Extensive documentation experience
• Business process optimization / business process automation experience is a plus
• Keen eye for detail
• Creativity
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
